I’m pleased to be representing a market-leading company in Salford in their search for an Assistant Management Accountant.
You will have full exposure to producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts while also contributing to commercial analysis, process improvements, and interesting commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Support the review of profitability for existing client contracts and collaborate with the Commercial team to identify potential missing revenue.
* Assist in improving finance processes and procedures, constantly seeking efficiencies.
* Help prepare the monthly accounting pack for review.
* Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Cost analysis
* Check, verify, and analyse data from multiple sites to facilitate the monthly sales invoicing process.
* Accruals, prepayments, and journal preparation.
* A variety of ad hoc project work
Key Attributes & Qualifications
* Part-qualified AAT or actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA qualification.
* A proactive and inquisitive problem-solver with a methodical approach.
* Confident in liaising with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* A strong team player who can also work independently.
