About the Role
As a member of our Front Office team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a first-class guest experience. You'll be a welcoming and informed point of contact, responsible for check-ins and check-outs, providing local knowledge, and proactively assisting guests to ensure their stay is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
* Handle guest check-in/check-out efficiently and professionally
* Respond to guest enquiries via telephone and email
* Assist with luggage and provide general front desk support
* Maintain a courteous, approachable, and helpful demeanour
Working Hours
* Various shifts from 7am - 11pm,
* 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings
* Flexibility to cover any shift as needed is an advantage

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
* Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude
* Reliable and flexible, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
* Minimum 1 year hotel reception experience preferred
* Opera experience preferred
