Painter & Decorator
Location: North Tyneside
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £18 per hour
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our team working across refurbished kitchens and bathrooms in domestic properties throughout the North Tyneside area.
This role involves carrying out high-quality painting and finishing work in occupied and void homes as part of planned refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming
Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces to a high standard
Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in residential properties
Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe
Communicating professionally with tenants, residents, and team members
Following health and safety procedures at all timesRequirements
Proven experience as a painter and decorator in domestic properties
Experience working in kitchens and bathrooms is highly desirable
Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence (essential due to travelling between properties)How To Apply
