At MyelinZ, we’re building the future of brain health—fusing AI, immersive games, and neuroscience to create the most advanced non-invasive brain-computer interface (BCI) technology in the world. We work with leading hospitals, clinical researchers, and space agencies to deliver tools that monitor and improve brain function both on Earth and beyond.

Our non-medical product, BodyMirror—a virtual gym for the brain—is launching this summer. It combines proprietary AI and game-based cognitive training to track and enhance brain health for consumers and professional users alike.

We’re now looking for a Head of Engagement & Reach to drive awareness, activation, and meaningful adoption across B2C and B2B audiences in the UK, US, and MENA regions. This is a rare opportunity to shape the global voice and growth strategy of a category-defining company at a pivotal moment.

About the Role

You’ll lead and scale our cross-market engagement and outreach strategy—ensuring our products don’t just launch, but land with power. You’ll be responsible for activating early adopter communities, driving user acquisition, and expanding reach across clinical partners, wellness organisations, corporates, and digital health ecosystems. This role blends strategy and execution—ideal for someone who’s fluent in growth, partnerships, market insight, and community activation.

What You’ll Do

* Lead the global engagement and activation strategy across B2C (direct users, content, wellness) and B2B (health, pharma, HR, government)
* Drive regional market growth strategies for the UK, US, and MENA—including tailored messaging, partnerships, and growth experiments
* Build partnerships with health systems, insurers, pharma, neuro-wellness brands, and employer wellbeing platforms
* Own community-building initiatives, events, and early ambassador/user networks
* Work with the product and marketing teams to localise onboarding, campaigns, and content
* Monitor and report key engagement and conversion metrics
* Develop feedback loops with users and partners to influence product direction and market fit

What We’re Looking For

* 5–10 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or market expansion roles (healthtech, SaaS, wellness, or consumer tech)
* Demonstrated ability to launch and scale products in multiple markets
* Familiarity with one or more of the following: digital health, neurotech, wellbeing, brain health, or mental health
* Exceptional communication, networking, and storytelling skills
* Cultural fluency and market insight in at least two of the following: UK, US, MENA
* Comfort working with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, and commercial
* Strong bias for action, ability to execute at speed while building for scale

The Cherry on Top

* Experience building relationships in both the UK, US, and MENA health/wellness or government sectors
* A track record of launching or growing a health or wellness brand across multiple markets
* Experience working with consumer ambassadors, creators, or patient influencers
* Familiarity with public health or employer wellbeing programmes
* Strong data mindset—comfortable using growth metrics to iterate, expand, and prioritise
