Head of Compliance & Quality AssuranceAddenbrooke's HospitalWe're looking for a Head of Compliance & Quality Assurance to lead commercial, contractual, quality and health & safety compliance across a major healthcare contract at Addenbrooke's Hospital. Reporting to the Contract Director, you'll set standards, manage risk and drive continuous improvement within a complex, regulated environment.Leading a team of 1 Manager and 6 Officers, you'll oversee audit and monitoring activity, ensure robust compliance with SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements, and work closely with operations to improve quality, performance and efficiency.
