Contract Term: Permanent

Salary: L3 - L5 £52,301 - £54,939 per annum

Tulip Academy is an outstanding all age all need Special School situated over two campuses: Waterside Campus (Neville Avenue, Spalding) and Springview Campus (Pinchbeck Road, Spalding).

Our professional and caring staff form a dedicated team where every child and young person is treated with respect, ensuring their rights, needs, and aspirations are central to the school's organization. We aim to empower our pupils to benefit from a meaningful and rewarding adulthood.

We provide bespoke and enriching curricula to support development in communication, independence, academic learning, community participation, daily living, vocational skills, and inclusion with local colleges and adult social care settings.

The school is part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, and Nottinghamshire.

Due to expansion, we are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour Lead and Pastoral Team. Please refer to the attached Job Description and Person Specification for more information and to ensure your suitability.
