Ideally, we are looking for an established Deputy Manager or Team Manager but would certainly consider a highly experienced Senior Support Worker looking for a step up. We’re looking for someone with proven leadership skills and hands-on experience within the Learning Disability care and support sector. Ideally, have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. We would consider professionals willing to work towards their Level 3 if they are experienced.
