Brent is a borough full of energy, opportunity and a strong sense of community. We're transforming our services to deliver even better outcomes for our residents, and we're looking for people who are ready to play an active part in that change.

You'll also establish the operational systems needed to ensure schemes remain compliant, financially viable and deliver affordable heat to residents.
You'll bring:
* A strong record of delivering complex projects and achieving measurable outcomes
* Commitment to service improvement with a focus on residents' needs
* Knowledge of heat networks, regulations and consumer protection (or ability to develop quickly)
* Leadership experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
