We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic, andforward-thinking GP Partner to work alongside our existing 4 GP Partners tomanage a busy and varied clinical workload ensuring the highest standard of care for ourregistered patients.

Main duties of the job
Duties will include:
Delivery of a high standard of primary careto registered patients (via telephone, video, electronic and face to faceconsultations) as well as home visits when clinically indicated
Effective and proactive management ofpatient's long-term conditions and medication
Associated administration includingreferrals, prescription requests and other relevant tasks
Accepting an equal share of practiceworkload and working collaboratively
Work with the management team to set andachieve strategic goals, reducing expenditure, and increasing income to ensurefinancial growth
Contribute to the successful implementationof continuous improvements, quality initiatives and practice development
Regular partnership and clinical meetingsas well as the opportunity to be involved in external meetings with the PCN,etc
Development of specialist clinical areasdependant on candidate interest and practice need
