From toolkit rollouts and retail strategy to insight-driven planning, you’ll help shape impactful campaigns that land locally and resonate worldwide. It’s a client-facing, detail-loving, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role — with room to grow as you help us build our footprint with HUGE household names.

What You’ll Be Doing
Owning day-to-day client relationships, timelines and delivery across global retail campaigns
Supporting toolkit development and retail activation plans – from brief to execution
Coordinating complex project plans, approvals and feedback loops with calm and clarity
Shaping briefs and delivering smart, strategic creative responses
Managing budgets and forecasts, using Synergist to track progress
Working hand-in-hand with creative, production, studio and strategy teams
Ensuring brand consistency while tailoring for local market relevance
Supporting the growth of key accounts – helping expand the relationship
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Skills & Experience
* 4+ years agency experience, ideally in retail marketing
* Experience in campaign delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
* Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and visual
* Great with timelines, task juggling, and under-pressure delivery
* Commercially aware and confident managing budgets and proposals
* Skilled with Microsoft Office and comfortable using project management tools
Attitude & Values
* Passion for retail and/or an interest in sport is a plus
