Responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact for schools, providing advice and guidance.
* Co‑produce bespoke support plans with schools and families to manage distressed behaviours.
* Deliver training packages to support schools and parents in effectively supporting children and young people.
* Actively contribute to the Inclusive Lincolnshire Strategy to promote inclusion and reduce permanent exclusions.
* Manage your own caseload, complete assessments, produce and review plans, and record accurately using the case management system.
Requirements
* Knowledge and experience of working with pupils with distressed behaviours and supporting school staff.
* Confidence in delivering training and coaching.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a caseload independently.
* Eligibility to meet Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Safer Recruitment checks.
* Fluency in spoken English, in line with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: Starting at £28,884, rising to £31,698 FTE per annum (pro‑rata for part‑time). Travel costs reimbursed for interview attendance.
