The role & about the client:
On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a reputable construction company based in West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts and reports.
Ensure version control and proper filing of technical documents
Distribute updates documents to relevant stakeholders
Assist project managers and site teams with administrative and technical tasks
Track project milestones, deliverable and deadlines
Prepare progress reports and technical summaries as required
ensure all project activities adhere to company standards, regulations and industry best practices
Support in the preparation and monitoring of quality assurance documentation
Maintain records for health, safety and environmental compliance The ideal candidate will have/be:
Relevant proven experience as Technical Administrator/ Document Controller
Strong administrative skills
Excellent IT skills, experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
Highly organised and able to work within time deadlines
