The Role
This brand-new role will see you working closely with the Head of Marketing, supporting on all aspects of marketing: from seasonal campaigns and social media content, to franchisee communications, point-of-sale design, and brand activations.
You will be part of a small, ambitious team where your creativity and ideas will genuinely make an impact.
What You Will Do
* Support day-to-day marketing activities across digital, print, and in-store campaigns
* Assist with seasonal campaign rollouts, POS design, and store activations
* Liaise with creative and digital agencies to deliver projects
* Contribute ideas in brand strategy meetings
* Provide design support (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign – training provided)
* Coordinate shoots, store visits, and content creation
* Help craft copy for social media, consumer promotions, and franchisee updates
About You
We’re looking for mindset and attitude over a polished CV.
* Creative and full of ideas
* Organised and adaptable – able to juggle different projects
* Great communicator and team player
* Interested in marketing, branding, and building a career in a growing business
* Based near Bromsgrove / South Birmingham (driver’s license a plus)
