Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Full recruitment life-cycle management; from detailed briefings to headhunting and successful offer management.
* Build an external talent bank through proactive recruitment, networking events, and innovative talent pipelining strategies.
* Proactively enhance the JD employer brand externally via social media, events, and careers fairs.
* Understand specific skills required and match these with role requirements.
* Relay candidate insights to hiring managers at key stages such as interviews and offers.
* Represent the JD group professionally from the first candidate contact.
* Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process, keeping candidates informed and engaged.
* Ensure structured interview processes, identifying high-performing candidates that align with our values.
* Provide detailed acquisition data to senior leadership and line managers for review.
* Manage live vacancies on ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively to filter and update applications.
* Assist with careers fairs both onsite and virtual.
* Keep job descriptions current and utilize them throughout recruitment.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:
* Experience recruiting within a similar environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Stakeholder management and influence throughout hiring cycles.
* Strong external network and knowledge of best acquisition practices.
* Ability to present acquisition data such as cost to fill and time to hire.
* Knowledge of HR and ATS systems.
* Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Data-driven mindset and recruitment marketing experience.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
* This role requires frequent travel across Southern Regions, including London Central, South & Wales, and to the head office in Bury, Greater Manchester.
