Starbucks Drive Thru Store Manager
Location: Corley, Warwickshire Coventry, M6 J3/4 Southbound, Corley, Coventry, CV7 8NR. Job type: Full‑time, Permanent.
We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on manager to lead a high‑volume Starbucks Drive‑Thru unit, create great customer and team experiences, and drive performance.
Responsibilities
* Own the unit’s operations, ensuring brand and food standards, food safety, service, people and performance meet or exceed expectations.
* Lead the management team day‑to‑day, coaching Assistant Managers and Supervisors to develop future leaders.
* Build and maintain a warm, welcoming environment for drivers on the move.
* Collaborate with site leadership on strategy, performance targets and commercial results.
* Drive compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Management experience in restaurants or catering within a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching managers.
* Track record of delivering high food and service standards.
* Ability to manage performance, compliance and commercial results.
* Aspiring to progress within a hospitality career.
