Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality service and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

* Lead and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and team performance.
\n
* Provide professional advice on medication management and patient health.
\n
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships within the community.
\n
* Monitor and ensure the effective use of resources to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

What We’re Looking For:

* GPhC qualified pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
\n
* Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
\n
* Excellent communication and active listening skills.
\n
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
\n
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
\n
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
\n
