What We're Looking For
* Minimum Age: 21 years old
* Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays
* Compassion and Empathy: A genuine desire to care for and support vulnerable young people
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
* Disclosure and Barring Service Check: Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check paid by us
