Skills required for the Engineering Manager: Time-served engineering apprenticeship or equivalent training across multiple disciplines (Automation & Control preferred). HND or degree in an Engineering discipline. Proven expertise in advanced engineering principles within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Strong understanding of automated equipment and enhanced asset care practices. Clear understanding of OEE and the impact of engineering performance. Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
