Our client is a global commodities trading house specialising in minerals and energy that has recently acquired another UK-based trader in other commodities, opening it up to new markets.
The Head of HR has approached us to engage an HR specialist with PM experience (and ideally, qualifications) to support him in implimenting TUPE and similar legislation across the new employees affected by the acquisition. It's estimated that the engagement will be for an initial 6 months.
