Mothercare Global Brand is looking for an Office Administration Assistant to support the business in a range of activities, including:
* Carry our New Starter, Leavers and Changes processes
* Drafting contract and offer documentation
* Resignation acceptance letters
* Maintain employee records, including benefits information
* Assist in coordinating volunteering days and collate feedback survey results
* Process all HR, Company Secretary and Product invoices
* Send office related communications to the business
* Organise virtual monthly company meeting
* Liaise with services contractors i.e., electrician and landlord facilities
* Support Company related activities such as annual employee events and sample sales
* Coordinate Health and Safety compliance practices and office maintenance
* Support Product teams with FedEx maintenance
* Purchase stationery and sundries
* Support the business with any other relevant administrative tasks
Knowledge & Skills:
* Ability to work at a fast pace
* Highly Organised
* Strong knowledge of using Microsoft applications including Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
* Strong organisational skills
* Communication and relationship building skills across all stakeholders
* Time management
