Service Team Leader – Leeds
Join Rentokil Initial as a Service Team Leader, responsible for supporting branch operations, managing the Service Driving team, and ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and organise routes for drivers.
* Organise and maintain the branch vehicle fleet.
* Manage a team of drivers within the branch.
* Handle customer complaints and queries.
* Identify and implement improvements to service quality and efficiency.
* Provide support and development for colleagues.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including vehicle information.
* Cover driving routes when required.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
* Demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with adaptability to change.
* Experience in service delivery management preferred; training will be provided.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Flexible working patterns to support business needs.
* Positive, can‑do attitude and pride in work.
* May require DBS check, depending on the role.
