German-Speaking Customer Service Executive

Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is searching for a German-Speaking Customer Service Executive to join our client, a large manufacturer based in Deeside. Reporting to the Group Logistics Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide support to clients through on-time and in-full delivery of orders, ensuring smooth communication between warehouses, logistics teams, and customers.
Key Duties:
* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in both German and English.
* Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Liaise with internal teams, including warehousing and logistics, to resolve issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
* Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
What We Offer:
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm working hours.
* Option to work hybrid following a probation period.
