We’re working with welcoming and supportive primary schools across Shropshire that are looking for caring, enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
We currently have immediate start roles available, alongside long-term opportunities beginning in September at the same schools. There are also opportunities for both full-time and part-time Teaching Assistants, offering flexibility to fit around your availability and lifestyle.

The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll support children across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and encouraged.
You may be supporting:
* Small group interventions
* One-to-one learning support
* Pupils with additional needs
* Classroom activities and lesson preparation
* Behaviour and emotional regulation support
* Literacy and numeracy development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
