* Support smooth transitions and on boarding of new placements by working closely with internal teams.
* Contribute to regular placement meetings and provide insightful data reports when required.
What We're Looking For

* Ability to manage multiple referrals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using databases or CRM systems.
* Understanding of children's residential care, fostering, or SEND education provision (desirable).
Why Join Horizon?
* Be part of a passionate team making a real impact on young lives.
* Access to a supportive work environment with ongoing professional development.
* Opportunity to work within a well-established, values-driven organisation.
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
