We are a friendly, two‑site NHS GP surgery in Greenwich caring for around 16,000 patients. We are looking for two Receptionists & Administrators who are warm, reliable, and genuinely motivated to support patients and their colleagues. Experience in general practice or a healthcare setting is an advantage but we value character and willingness to learn.
Working hours: 20 per week, Monday to Friday between 6:45am and 6:30pm, with rota across both sites.

Monitor and manage practice mailboxes, filing, registration, tasks.
Scan all patient and practice documentation.
Perform any other relevant duties as needed.

Person Specification
* Understanding of primary care delivery in the NHS.
* Previous experience in a health care or similar environment.
* Motivation and commitment to working in the NHS and patient care.
Experience
* Professional approach to patients and stakeholders.
* Experience in a GP Practice or medical health setting.
* Ability to use EMIS, familiar with eConsults.
* Minimum six months face‑to‑face customer/patient service.
* Experience dealing with the public by telephone.
* Excellent communication skills face‑to‑face or telephone.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English or equivalent experience.
* Good reading and speaking and writing English.
Knowledge and skills
