Job Title: LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME) – Residential Lettings

Location: Englefield Green TW20

Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata)

Position: Permanent, Part-Time (20hrs)

An organised and detail-focused Lettings Administrator is required to support a busy lettings department in the Englefield Green area, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service through effective administrative and communication skills.

A respected property company in Englefield Green is looking for an experienced Administrator to support its lettings team.

This is a key position within a collaborative environment, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and variety in their daily work.

You'll assist with the smooth running of lettings administration, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for lettings activity
* Manage correspondence via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner
* Support Property Managers with deposit, inspection, and renewal administration
* Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors when required
* Assist in the preparation of tenancy documentation and reports
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
* Provide general administrative support to the wider lettings team

* Previous administrative experience, ideally within property or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Professional and approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills
* Proactive attitude and willingness to support the team
