Job Description
3. Lead, develop and implement procurement strategies across high-value Digital and ICT categories.
4. Manage end-to-end sourcing projects in accordance with public sector regulations.
5. Build strong relationships across faculties, directorates and external suppliers to deliver high-quality contracting outcomes.
6. Provide expert advice on procurement, commercial risk, contract management and supplier performance.
7. Contribute directly to the university's digital transformation programme and the delivery of innovative IT solutions.
The Successful Applicant
8. Strong knowledge of the ICT category
9. A track record of managing procurements in large, complex or public sector environments
10. Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and analytical skills
11. The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes
12. MCIPS membership or a relevant degree (or working towards)
