In a Nutshell…
We have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Exeter office covering Truro sites (TR1 2XR). As our Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to our projects. Your focus is to minimise the costs of a project and enhance margin and value for money, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality. This will also include procurement, subcontract management inclusive of administration of the contract, monthly payments, and final account settlement.
