Job Description
3. Lead quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
5. Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
7. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure product consistency.
8. Analyse data and provide reports on quality performance.
9. Train and mentor team members on quality standards and practices.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Team Leader should have:
11. Proven experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry.
12. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
13. Strong manufacturing quality background with demonstrated root-cause analysis and CI delivery (A3/8D/5 Whys, Kaizen).
14. Proven ability to lead small technical teams and influence production stakeholders.
15. Experience producing customer and internal claim responses with clear CAPA and prevention plans.
16. Working knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and BRC systems (audits, documentation, traceability).
