Scrum Master – Salesforce Technology
Join Barclays as a Scrum Master and make your mark on high‑profile, Salesforce Technology change driven initiatives within the Corporate Bank.
As part of our Salesforce Technology Team, you will bring together agile delivery and project management to shape the way complex projects are organised, scheduled, and delivered. You’ll partner closely with Salesforce Technical leads, helping the business utilise Salesforce to improve business processes and customer outcomes. You will play a crucial part in bridging technical detail with strategic outcomes, ensuring priorities are clear and progress is visible. This is a unique opportunity to influence how the bank harnesses Salesforce, drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders, and deliver meaningful results in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver large‑scale technical projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint execution.
* Collaborate with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails, supporting technically feasible solutions and effort and timeline expectations.
* Work with software engineers, quality teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high‑quality products and features aligned to the bank’s objectives, regulation, and security policies.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects, preparing the bank for potential challenges.
* Manage change requests and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage vendor relations involved in technical projects to ensure delivery according to agreed terms.
* Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, evaluating and adopting new approaches to improve delivery outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence and growth.

* Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, influencing at all levels: upwards, across peers, and with direct reports.

* Salesforce Product knowledge (FSC/Data Cloud/Agent Force).
* Understanding GenAI & Data Modelling.
* Background in the financial services industry.
