Service Desk Analyst - Permanent - London - up to £35,000 plus benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a well known retail company.
This is a permanent & full time position, where you will be needed onsite in their London office.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing support to staff via multiple communication channels including phone, video, chat, in person and email
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Keeping inventory accurate and assessing the requirement for IT equipment
* Supporting with other activities such as account creation, laptop imaging and configuration, desk setup, mobile configuration, equipment distribution and collection etc.
Key requirements:
* Background in 1st and 2nd line IT support
* A good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop deployment
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Excellent communication & problem solving skills
