* Oversee a talented team of consultants - managing work-flows and starting to take line management responsibility
* Deliver senior client counsel - working with senior colleagues and agency leaders to set campaign strategy
* Demonstrate an interest in / understanding of the UK and global creative industries / advertising / tech / design landcape
