Role Overview
The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 25hrs per week. As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
* Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
* Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
* Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
* Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
* Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
* Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
Qualifications
* Need a willingness to learn, a positive can‑do attitude, and a genuine love for coffee and people
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence to lead by example
* Ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro
