As a Social Worker in Adult Social Care, you will: Undertake Care Act assessments and reviews for adults with varying levels of need Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and partner agencies Develop outcome-focused support plans that promote independence and safety Manage risk and complete safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act Participate in duty and act as a trusted assessor.
