We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead a Finance team and drive growth within the organisation. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Finance and Payroll team. Maintain strong relationships with sales and operational teams. Implement and improve financial control systems. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Provide strategic financial advice to the MD and senior leadership. Key Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience as Head of Finance in a manufacturing environment Strong expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and margin analysis. Experience in transfer pricing, import/export activities, and FX exposure management. Hands-on ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills. Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to financial challenges. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
