Up to £50,000 Overview CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a highly respected and growing professional services business based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take full ownership of the internal finance function within a well-established accountancy practice. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, improving processes and delivering high-quality financial insight. Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver monthly management accounts, forecasts, KPIs and financial analysis
Manage budgets, cashflow and financial performance across the business
Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory and pension requirements
Prepare year-end accounts, VAT returns and regulatory submissions
Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions
What Experience is Required
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Proven experience in an internal finance or management accounting role
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and modern accounting systems
