As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their conveyancing professionals and ensuring smooth property transactions for their clients.
Responsibilities:
* Assist conveyancers with all aspects of their caseloads, from inception to completion.
* Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
* Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
* Conduct property searches and due diligence.
* Manage administrative tasks such as file organization, scheduling, and correspondence.
* Provide exceptional service to existing clients.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant.
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
