Pentagon Motor Group have an exciting and rare new career opportunity for a CV Sales Consultant to join the team at our Runcorn Ford dealership. Responsibilities
* Take the time to talk to people and build genuine rapport to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into business.
* Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
* Exceed customer satisfaction targets and promote long-term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
* Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
* Promote and sell additional items such as paint protection, service plans and warranties.
* Stay up to date with current finance options, regulations and legislation to provide customers with all available options.
Qualifications
* Experience in a target-driven retail sales background.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong and effective communication skills.
* Excellent rapport-building abilities.
* Motivation and drive with an enthusiasm for exceeding targets.
* Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Previous motor industry sales experience is an advantage but not essential, as a full training and development programme is provided from Day 1.

Additional information
This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota, with Sundays being one of the days off and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
