YOUR ROLE:
As a Logistics Coordinator, youll be the link between suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams, ensuring shipments are delivered accurately and on time. Youll:
Ao"ï Coordinate daily logistics activities to support seamless import operations. Ao"ï Monitor shipments, liaise with customer warehouses, and keep records up to date. Ao"ï Work closely with freight forwarders, airlines, and shipping lines to manage deliveries. Ao"ï Collaborate with Sales and Merchandising teams to meet customer requirements. Ao"ï Verify shipping documentation for compliance and accuracy. Ao"ï Track shipment progress and arrange delivery bookings. Ao"ï Support with ad hoc logistics and administrative tasks.

Ao"ï Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or order management. Ao"ï Knowledge of import freight shipping and UK customs clearance. Ao"ï Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ao"ï Strong communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders. Ao"ï Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook). Ao"ï A proactive, problem:solving attitude and ability to multitask. Ao"ï Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system (desirable).
