Excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a multinational organisation offering a Monday to Friday Support role, a friendly and welcoming team environment, and the chance to further develop your skillsets!
In this role you will respond to support requests via phone, email, and an internal ticketing system. You'll support hardware, software, and network issues, configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc. You'll support with everything from password resets through to training teams on IT Systems. This is a fully office-based position, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
The ideal candidate will be a 2nd Line Support Engineer with good communication skills. You'll have to familiar with Windows 10/11 environments, Windows 2016, 2019, and 2022 server environments, have general MS Office support skills. There's an ongoing Windows 11 deployment so experience with a similar project is useful. Other skills required include: SharePoint, understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and troubleshooting WAN/LAN connectivity issues. Candidates must be based within a commutable radius of Wembley.
