Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers.
* Observe and enforce Company and client Health & Safety policies.
* Provide on‑site corrective/preventative maintenance and after-sales technical and commercial support.
* Carry out commissioning work.
* Timely completion and submission of risk assessments, work reports, timesheets and other documentation.
* Timely completion of site tasks and activities as required.
* Propose and undertake relevant training approved by the line manager.
* Gather site information and compile site log‑books for customers, maintain and audit.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering qualification.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Good communication skills, punctual, presentable, willing to learn and develop.
* Knowledge and experience of company product applications and markets is desirable.
* Knowledge and experience in water treatment is desirable.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Passionate about providing a first‑class service to customers.
* Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution.
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written, able to communicate at all levels in a clear, concise manner.
* Demonstrated experience of building strong working relationships internally and externally.
* Good level of IT competency.
* Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
* Technical skills: Debugging, Computer Networking, ConnectWise, PKI, PowerShell, Windows, C#, Automotive Diagnostics, Medical Imaging, Azure, Technical Support, Troubleshooting.
