Overview
We’re looking for a world-class Executive Assistant who can serve as a true partner to our Cofounders. This person will manage calendars, coordinate travel, support off-sites and events, handle personal matters, and contribute to strategic projects. What you’ll do
* Act as the right hand to our Cofounders, managing schedules, communications, and priorities.
* Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they become problems.
* Organise and execute leadership meetings and special events.
* Coordinate complex travel logistics across time zones.
* Support personal and professional tasks that keep the Cofounders focused on their most important work.
* Contribute to strategic and operational projects—bringing structure, follow-through, and creative problem-solving.
What you’ll need
* Experienced: You’ve worked as an EA (ideally supporting founders, C-suite, or executives in fast-growth environments). Experience in Private equity or investing would be highly valuable.
* Resilient: You thrive in intense, ever-changing environments and stay calm under pressure.
* Resourceful: You are a natural problem solver with a “no job too big or small” mindset.
* Organised: You balance multiple priorities seamlessly, with strong attention to detail.
