What you'll be doing
* Joining a cross‑functional product squad that includes backend engineers, data analysts, frontend engineers, user researchers, designers, UX writers, and others to develop features that improve our users’ financial health.
* Building ML models to solve customer problems across chat, payments, risk and marketing, with support from senior ML engineers.
* Deploying these models into our production environments using our in‑house ML platform.
* Integrating LLMs where appropriate, following evaluation‑driven development of applied AI.
* Understanding data, business problems and measuring the impact of your work on customers.
* Managing and owning ML in production, monitoring feature drift, accuracy and API performance.
* Working with data‑driven development: emitting data with each feature, analyzing it to detect problems and generate new ideas.

As this is a junior position we’re looking for someone who has graduated with a Computer Science / ML / AI related Master’s with some commercial experience or a relevant PhD.
