Commercial Gas Engineer - TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work for one of the UK’S leading facilities companies.
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you’ll be a key member of the gas maintenance team responsible for delivering planned and preventative gas maintenance, fault finding and repair, as well as ensuring high levels of Health & Safety compliance at all times.
* Salary: Up to £53,860 per annum, depending on experience
* Hours: The role will involve working 45 hours per week, you’ll be on call 1 in 4 weeks, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
* Planned and preventative gas maintenance
* Fault finding and Repairs
* Ensuring high levels of Health & Safety compliance at all times are met.

Requirements:
* Experience within a Facilities Management or Construction environment
* High Profile commercial contracts, ideally within retail/supermarkets.
* A recognised commercial Gas qualification – essential
* Gas Safe certification – essential
* HVAC knowledge – essential
* A full driving licence – essential
* Awareness of budgeting of parts and material usage
