This role offers the chance to support children with a wide range of learning needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and complex learning profiles. You'll provide classroom-based and individual support, help manage behaviours, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A genuine passion for working with SEN pupils
The ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure
Experience in education, youth work, care, or SEN (beneficial but not essential)
