This opportunity would suit an experienced Early Years Room Leader, Preschool Room Leader, Lead Practitioner, or Senior Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 Early Years qualification or similar background. The nursery provides a secure, inspiring, and nurturing learning environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, curiosity, and a love of learning. You will support high-quality early years practice, oversee the daily running of the pre-school room, promote child-led learning, and help children prepare confidently for their next stage of education.
