We are a successful, medium-sized recruitment business based in Altrincham, looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of our
bookkeeping, credit control, and payroll functions
.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
* Handling credit control and debtor management
* Processing weekly payroll and timesheets for temporary staff
* Reconciling accounts and preparing reports as required
* Supporting the wider team with finance-related queries
About You:
* Previous experience working with
Xero
is highly desirable
* Experience processing weekly timesheets/payroll is advantageous, but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
* A proactive and professional approach
