Nursery: Long Eaton, Nottingham/ Hybrid - Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 40 hours Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Benefits: This position is part of Storal, a distinguished group of nurseries across England. As a Learning & Practice Partner, you will support the L&P Manager in creating, delivering, and evaluating high-quality learning experiences for early years educators across our nurseries. You will act as a vital link between our nurseries, Learning & Practice, and People teams — ensuring training is consistent, impactful, and aligned with Storal’s pedagogy, curriculum, and development pathways. Meaningful Relationships Building strong, trusted relationships is central to this role. You will work closely with: Educators and nursery managers People and Education teams Subject matter experts across the business You will be the main point of contact for nurseries during visits, supporting teams to identify strengths, gaps, and training needs, while ensuring learning content is accurate, relevant, and values-led. What You’ll Be Doing Learning & Development Gather videos, photos, and real practice examples to support digital and blended learning Support the creation and ongoing development of online learning modules Deliver engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and modelled practice Support the mapping, monitoring, and progression of learning pathways Quality & Impact Share insights from nursery visits to inform training priorities Evaluate the impact of training and gather meaningful feedback Monitor mandatory training compliance and quality standards Use Quality Visit and Storal Framework Audit trends to support performance improvement Collaboration Support Learning & Development events Deputise for the L&P Manager when required Objectives & Impact Through your work, you will: Ensure consistent, high-quality professional development across all settings Strengthen educator confidence, skills, and pedagogy Align training with EYFS, Ofsted, and Storal’s curriculum Support continuous improvement using quality and audit data Improve onboarding, retention, and foster a strong learning culture What You’ll Need Early Years experience with strong EYFS and Ofsted knowledge Confidence delivering training, facilitating groups, and coaching educators Experience supporting CPD or training programmes Ability to create, gather, and adapt learning content Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills Why Join Storal?
