Job Title: Class 1 HGV Delivery Driver (C+E)
Location: Preston and surrounding areas
Job Type: Ad-hoc, flexible to your availability
Pay Rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (PAYE – No umbrella company)
About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Class 2 / Cat C+E Delivery Drivers to support our clients in and around the Preston area. This role offers flexible, ad-hoc work, making it ideal for those looking to fit driving shifts around other commitments. Deliveries will vary depending on the client’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate a Class 1/ Cat C+E vehicle to complete deliveries in a timely manner
2. Ensure all goods are transported securely and in good condition
3. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and customers
4. Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies
5. Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately
6. Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Requirements:
7. Full UK Driving Licence (Class 1/Cat C+E)
8. Valid CPC card
9. Valid Digital Tachograph Card
10. Held C+E licence for minimum of 12 months
11. A strong work ethic, with a professional and responsible approach
12. Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines
13. Good customer service skills and a polite, friendly manner
14. Honest and trustworthy
15. Excellent timekeeping skills

16. Monday to Friday
17. Days or nights
18. Flexible ad-hoc shifts based on your availability each week
