We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Southend-on-Sea on a full-time, long-term basis.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
* Support: Provide caring 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with SEND needs, helping them engage and feel confident in class.
* Assist: Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored learning plans and ensure every child gets the right support at the right time.
* Encourage: Use your positivity and patience to motivate children and celebrate every small success.
* Guide: De-escalate challenging behaviour calmly and confidently, creating a safe, structured environment.
* Connect: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals to share progress and celebrate growth.
* Nurture: Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
